By using this website or engaging Rep & Render for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Rep & Render designs and builds lead tools, landing pages, and client funnels for fitness coaches, gyms, and creators. Packages, pricing, and inclusions are described on the pricing section of this site and may be adjusted per project in a written agreement or quote.

Pages under /demos and /preview are illustrative samples unless a page clearly states otherwise. Names, numbers, testimonials, and results shown are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent real clients or outcomes unless stated otherwise. Forms on these pages do not transmit data anywhere and exist to preview functionality only — no email is sent and nothing you type is stored.

A small number of tools are built for a specific client or paid pilot and are clearly identified as live. Those forms do transmit what you submit to the applicable coach and to the service providers we use to store and deliver that data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. Sample forms on demo and preview pages do not transmit data anywhere; only a page explicitly marked as a live client or pilot tool collects and transmits submitted information.

The design, code, and content of this site belong to Rep & Renderunless otherwise noted. Deliverables built for a client become the client's property once a project is paid in full, as detailed in that project's agreement.

Project scope, timelines, deposits, and payment schedules are agreed on a per-project basis before work begins. Estimated starting prices shown on this site are subject to change based on project scope.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.

Rep & Render is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or a delivered project, to the extent permitted by law.

Either party may end a project engagement as outlined in that project's written agreement. Work completed up to that point remains payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Rep & Render operates in, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Fill in your specific state/country before publishing.)

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
