Privacy Policy

Rep & Render("we," "us," or "our") builds lead tools, landing pages, and funnels for fitness coaches, gyms, and creators. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or a demo's sample forms, we collect what you enter — for example your name, email, business or Instagram handle, and project details. Public demonstration forms on this site (calculators, registration forms, lead capture forms under /demos and /preview) are sample interfaces only: submissions from them stay in your browser and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
• Live client or pilot tools. A small number of tools built for a specific client or paid pilot are clearly identified as live (for example, a coach's named protein calculator, meal-prep planner, or challenge registration). Submitting one of these forms sends your answers — such as name, email, phone, and your quiz or registration answers — to the applicable coach and the service providers we use to store and deliver that data (currently Supabase for storage and Resend for email delivery). No page on this site behaves this way unless it says so.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data — pages visited, device/browser type, and general location — through analytics tools, to understand how the site is used. Live client/pilot tools also record anonymous funnel events (for example, that a visitor started or completed a tool) tied to a random per-visit session identifier, not to your identity, unless you go on to submit that tool's form.

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To scope, plan, and deliver projects for clients.
• To deliver a submitted lead or registration to the applicable coach for a live client/pilot tool, and to send a result or confirmation email when that tool offers one.
• To improve this site's content, demos, and performance.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some live tools offer an optional checkbox to also receive coaching tips or offers by email. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is entirely separate from delivering your result — declining it does not affect whether you receive your result.

This site may use cookies or similar technology for basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but will not block you from reading content or submitting the contact form.

We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. For live client/pilot tools specifically, we use Supabase to store submitted leads and funnel events, and Resend to send coach notification and visitor confirmation emails. These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to handle it securely, consistent with their own privacy policies.

We keep contact form submissions and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, or meet legal/accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Leads submitted through a live client or pilot tool are kept for as long as that engagement is active, and are deleted or exported on request as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. This applies to anything you submitted through a live client or pilot tool as well as the contact form. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the business changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
